Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

• “In August 2023, the directors of the Ariens Company Limited board approved a restructuring project for the company. The purpose was to change the business model from a manufacturer, distributor, and seller of outdoor power equipment to a cost-plus entity that is focused on sales, service and support of UK customers. Redundancies began in October 2023, while full production ceased in February 2024.”
• “During the year ended 30 June 2024, the company's parent, Ariens Company made the decision to exit the UK manufacturing operation. Management has determined that the decision to exit the manufacturing operation qualifies as a discontinued operation as the decision represented a strategic shift which has major effect on the company's operations and financial results.”
• “In October 2024, the Company relocated its operations to a newly leased office and in December 2024 the company successfully completed the sale of its previously owned premises.”
