“At the time of approving the financial statements, having considered the risks set out in the Strategic report and the steps taken to mitigate these, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

- “This year was characterised by settlement of the fire insurance claim resulting from the fire in July 2024 and the work done which enabled the company to re-establish fire damaged PVC manufacturing facilities and rebuild the hire stock which underpinned the hire business.”
- “In July 2024 a fire destroyed part of the site at Quayside Road, including buldings, machinery and inventory held on site. The insurance claim was settled in the year ended 30 November 2025, with the insurance proceeds being received and recognised in the profit and loss account.”
- “Catastrophe risk: the management committee manage catastrophe risk by ensuring the business is properly insured this is carried out by the managing director. Also, the management committee periodically reviews the existing "business continuity plan" which addresses what needs to happen in the event of a catastrophe. This was last reviewed in October 2024. In light of events during 2024 and there financial and operational outcome this risk is covered to the Boards satisfaction.”
