“The Directors have considered the forecast cash position for the next 12 months based on the existing finance facilities and support at group and individual company level. Following the disposal of JBR recovery business in the year, the group has surplus cash resources and through careful management the existing finance facilities remain sufficient for the foreseeable future. This, along with the continued group support for individual subsidiary companies has provided the Directors with a reasonable expectation that the group and the Company can continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in these financial statements.”
