• “2024 was a challenging period in the tourist sector due to the ongoing conflict between Israel and Gaza. The vast majority of demand came from domestic travel rather than overseas visitors, as a result both investments had occupancy rates which were lower than expected impacting profitability. The refurbishment program planed for the hotel operated by Sharon Hotels Limited continues to be delayed as a result of the Israeli- Gaza conflict, and continues to trade as provider of short-term holiday apartment rentals during the year.”
