All employees under contract to Tigers Global Logistics Limited were taken on by JAS Forwarding (UK) Limited with no change to their employment terms and conditions. Operations under Tigers Global Logistics Limited were discontinued as from 1st January 2023 with all related business and client contracts being taken up within JAS Forwarding (UK) Limited as part of the sale agreement.”
