“The Company is dependent on funding from its parent company NF Football Investments Limited and its ultimate beneficial owner. In determining the appropriate basis of preparation of this Report and Financial Statements, the directors are required to consider whether the Company can continue its operational existence for the foreseeable future; being at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements... The directors have concluded, after reviewing the work performed and detailed above, that they can adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
