The transaction was completed on 12 January 2024. Following this transaction, the Company is now a subsidiary of the UK Group headed by Pure Health UK TopCo Limited ("the Group"), with the ultimate parent being Pure Health, a company listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.”
