“The group made a profit before tax for the year of £47.6m (2023: £40.0m), at the year-end held cash balances of £50.9m (2023: £48.4m) and had net assets of £233.4m (2023: £212.5m). The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for the Group and Parent Company for a period including 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The forecasts show that the Group and Parent company will be able to operate without the requirement for additional financing and will meet all covenant requirements during that period. The company's borrowing facilities with HSBC Bank are in place until 17 August 2027. As a result of the above the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
