“Management have produced cash flow forecasts up to 31 March 2027 for the group. These forecasts are prudent and indicate the group will continue to have sufficient financial headroom and surplus cash resources whilst receiving necessary financial support from the ultimate majority shareholder. ... Therefore, with due consideration of the above, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group and company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and are comfortable adopting the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. The directors do not consider there to be a material uncertainty in regard the basis of preparation.”
