Material uncertainty over going concern
As stated in note 1.2 of the financial statements, the hotel temporarily closed post year end to allow for an extensive refurbishment project, which is being funded through a banking facility and the ultimate shareholder. The directors state that they have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The validity of this assumption is on the basis that the company will continue to be supported by its ultimate shareholder. We were unable to satisfy ourselves that the ultimate shareholder can provide such support to the company. Consequently we were unable to determine whether the company has sufficient resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
