Significant events
- “2024 was a transitional year for Pramac-Generac UK, focused on aligning our proposition to better meet the evolving needs of the market. Significant efforts were made to reposition the business to ensure we are fit for purpose in a dynamic and increasingly demanding landscape. Our aim throughout the year was to reinforce our relevance to customers by offering solutions that are both agile and value-driven.”
- “In response to external pressures and to ensure sustainable growth, we undertook a comprehensive realignment of our cost base in line with prevailing levels of market demand. At the same time, we invested heavily in systems, processes, and infrastructure to support both our customers and broader stakeholder groups more effectively. These investments are foundational to our long-term strategy, strengthening our service capability, improving operational efficiency, and positioning the business for future growth.”
- “Despite our internal progress, market conditions remained challenging throughout 2024. Rental companies continued to exhibit caution with capital expenditure, reflecting broader macro-economic headwinds, including high interest rates and inflationary pressures that influenced business confidence across the sector. This cautiousness impacted project pipelines and, in turn, affected short-term sales opportunities.”
- “Nonetheless, Pramac-Generac UK continued to strengthen key strategic relationships with our core customers during the year. We also achieved positive engagement with a number of new customers, laying strong foundations for future business expansion. This engagement is a clear indication that our refreshed proposition is resonating with the market.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
