“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. The directors have prepared forecasts which show that the company will be able to operate within its current level of facilities for at least 12 months from the signing of these financial statements. The directors are not aware of any reason why the facilities will not be renewed at the same level as they stand when the bank facilities are renewed in October. As a result of these considerations the directors have a responsible expectation that the company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and therefore adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
