- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the group's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the original financial statements were authorised for issue. Additionally, the Directors are confident that the group and parent company will continue to operate profitably and meet all financial obligations as they fall due.”

Significant events
- “The financial year ending 31 March 2025 (YE2025) mirrored the previous year in terms of high-volume, short-notice bookings. The surge in international travel demand observed in YE2024, driven by post-pandemic recovery, has now stabilised to more sustainable levels.”
- “Despite a slower-than-anticipated start in Q1 (April-June 2024), business volumes increased through Q2 and Q3, before tapering off in Q4 in line with typical seasonal trends.”
- “Rising supplier costs have contributed to the UK being perceived as an expensive destination. Additional barriers to travel such as ETAs, increased visa fees, local Tourism Tax and higher Air Passenger Duty have further hindered growth.”
- “Recruitment remains a significant challenge, compounded by planned salary increases exceeding inflation across all levels.”
- “The 2024 Olympic Games in France led to a 26% decline in business to the region due to the typical 'Olympic Effect,' where leisure tourism was priced out.”
- “Business from Israel remains below pre-conflict levels, with a 27% year-on-year decline due to limited flight availability.”
- “European markets have shown increased price sensitivity, with shorter lead times and cautious leisure spending.”
- “New licensing requirements for private hire vehicles in London mandating zero-emission capabilities have deterred many suppliers from upgrading fleets.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
