“The Group's forecast and projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance, show that the Group should be able to operate within the level of its current facilities. After making enquiries, the director has a reasonable expectation that Group has adequate resource to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Precisely Software Incorporated has stated that it intends to provide adequate financial support to enable the Group to meet its financial obligations as they fall due to the extent required to eliminate the obligation of the Company's French, German and Singapore subsidiaries to file for insolvency proceedings for reasons of an imminent illiquidity, existing illiquidity or over indebtedness for a period of at least twelve months from the date of signing of the consolidated financial statements. The Group therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its consolidated financial statements.”
