- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the director's use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the original financial statements were authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “The Directors are satisfied with the results given the current economic climate and disruptions to production due to installation of new plant and machinery.”
- “The external commercial environment is expected to continue to be very challenging in 2024/25 due to continued rising costs and the general economic climate, particularly within the building industry.”
- “Our recycled plastic portfolio "Toughtimber" has been expanded from decking and fencing into products such as picnic and park benches, fishing pegs and other sundry hard plastic products.”
- “We are currently implementing a new system that will streamline our weighbridge procedure. It will establish a paperless system and improve the process of reconciling scrap plastic deliveries with invoice matching.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
