“The Directors have taken account of current trading conditions and forecasts for future performance and believe that the company has sufficient financial resources to continue in business and therefore remain satisfied that the going concern assumption remains appropriate. The Directors have obtained formal confirmation from the Parent company, Westcon Group European Operations Limited of its irrevocable commitment to continue to provide financial support to the Company. This commitment will continue for a period not less than twelve months from the date of signing the statutory financial statements of the Company for the year ended 28 February 2025.”
