“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company has a well-established and diverse customer base which will provide a solid platform upon which the Company can build new growth opportunities for the future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

The main area of growth in 2025 was from Service Repair, which finished up by 21% compared to the previous year. Despite finishing the year with a small positive trading profit, the Company is forecasting a much-improved trading result in 2026, which will be achieved by growth of service sales and new products, further supported by a new strategy for the sale of high-speed doors.”
