“The Company is dependent for its working capital on funds provided to it by Wihuri Packaging Oy the Company's immediate parent undertaking who has provided the Company with an undertaking that, for at least 18 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, it will continue to make such funds as are needed by the Company and, in particular, will not seek repayment of the amounts currently made available. The Company carries out an annual review of credit facility requirements with the company's immediate parent which results in a new short-term facility being put in place enabling the Company to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future by meeting its liabilities as they fall due for payment.”
