- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

Significant events
- “During the year ended 31 March 2025, turnover decreased by £0.5m (4.4%) from £12.3m to £11.8m. This follows on from a £2.3m reduction from 2023 to 2024. Volumes in the spinning business continued to decline and combining this with continued increases in the cost of Labour (including National Insurance) & energy, made the division uneconomic. It was decided, in late Spring 2025, to cease all manufacturing.”
- “On 15 June 2025, the directors decided to discontinue the SPA manufacturing division due to continued losses and challenging trading conditions. The total estimated financial effect of the closure and redundancies is £400,000.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
