Going concern
Affirmed

“The directors have assessed the relevant business risks and believe that the company is well placed to manage these risks successfully. The group is operationally strong with past performance showing that it consistently generates profit and cash. Vitabiotics Limited has made projections for the remainder of 2025 and up until 31 December 2026. We have considered the changes to the trading environment, investment strategies, operational cost development, and the impact these events have on the financial and liquidity performance of the company. As part of our going concern review, management have forecasted various scenarios/sensitivities including plausible but severe downside scenarios and the likelihood of these occurring. Based on these factors we have looked at our business and its forecast evolution, and developments in our brands. We have considered cash flows, revenues, and profits. We are satisfied that our profit levels will be maintained at healthy levels, our credit levels are well controlled and there are no risks to the cash position. The directors have, as the time of approving the financial statements, an expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the signing of these financial statements. For this reason, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
