Significant events
- “At the end of October the company ceased its distribution of products supplied and manufactured by IFF (International Flavors and Fragrances Inc.). While this did not have a material impact on sales for 2024, the loss of this business is expected to result in a decline in turnover for the coming year. At the same time the company entered into an agreement to distribute similar products as a distributor for Lotte Corporation and other similar agreements with other excipient manufacturers are being negotiated.”
- “The war in Ukraine and ensuing UK and European sanctions caused the company to reconsider and cease its supplies to Belarussia even though all products supplied legitimately qualify for licenced sale into the country leading to a marginal reduction in sales.”
- “On 16 June 2023 the High Court issued a ruling in respect of Virgin Media v NTL Pension Trustees II Limited (and others) calling into question the validity of rule amendments made to defined benefit pension schemes contracted-out on a Reference Scheme Test basis between 6 April 1997 and 5 April 2016. Amendments to these pension schemes over this time required confirmation from the Scheme Actuary that the Reference Scheme Test would continue to be met. In the absence of such a confirmation, the Rule amendment would be void. On 25 July 2024 the Court of Appeal dismissed appeals against the decision of the High Court.”
- “On 5 June 2025, the Department for Work and Pensions announced that the government will introduce legislation enabling affected pension schemes to retrospectively obtain written actuarial confirmation that historic benefit changes met the required standards. Scheme obligations will remain unaffected.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
