• “At the end of October the company ceased its distribution of products supplied and manufactured by IFF (International Flavors and Fragrances Inc.). While this did not have a material impact on sales for 2024, the loss of this business is expected to result in a decline in turnover for the coming year. At the same time the company entered into an agreement to distribute similar products as a distributor for Lotte Corporation and other similar agreements with other excipient manufacturers are being negotiated.”

Amendments to these pension schemes over this time required confirmation from the Scheme Actuary that the Reference Scheme Test would continue to be met. In the absence of such a confirmation, the Rule amendment would be void. On 25 July 2024 the Court of Appeal dismissed appeals against the decision of the High Court.”
