“The directors acknowledge the uncertainty caused across the global economy as a result of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, however does not foresee any material decrease in demand levels or any other significant impacts upon the company's ability to continue as a going concern. As part of the management's strategic plan to cope with the material price rises, the Company has decided to increase the selling price to our customer bases which remains to be inline with the competitors. On the basis of the director's cash flow forecasts the directors consider the entity to be a going concern for a period of at least 12 months.”
