“The directors have considered the financial strength of the Company, when taking account of the level of stock held, controlled level of debt owed to the Company and the lack of any bank or asset based borrowings, continues to allow the Company to meet its customers' requirements for the foreseeable future. After reviewing the Company's forecasts and projections, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
