“The company has net current assets of £86,399,000 (2023: £77,424,000) at the year end and is dependent on the ongoing financial support of its ultimate parent undertaking, Becton, Dickinson and Company, who has confirmed to the directors of the company that this support will continue until 30 June 2026, in order to enable the company to fulfil its financial commitments as and when liabilities fall due. Accordingly, the directors have prepared these financial statements on a going concern basis.”
