- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “Our clients are now focused on the 2026 season and are attacking their relevant sectors very aggressively with the airlines heavily increasing flight schedules and routes, together with the cruise transfer market which is now planning a strong return from April 2026.”
- “The football sector continues to grow with the Champions League format, the majority of Premiership teams now taking a second coach on a permanent basis and the increased number of fixtures for Women, U21 and Youth Academy teams.”
- “The first two months to the end of December 2025 have been very promising with "in house" turnover increasing by a further 5% or £107k.”
- “The Company is presently taking full advantage of the market with the intention to replace 8 new coaches in 2026 and a further four in 2027.”
- “A buoyant expectation for year ending 2026 is somewhat marred by the significant impact of higher national insurance contributions, which have eroded 2.6% of this year's wage increase, together with the increase in the minimum wage and prospect of fuel price increases due to the weaker Pound.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
