Audit & accounting basis
- Accounting basis
- FRS 101
- Reporting scope
- Standalone (parent only)
- Auditor
- PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP
- Audit opinion
- Unqualified (clean)
- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to remain a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date of the approval of the financial statements, and therefore, the going concern basis of preparation remains appropriate.”
Significant events
- “On 1 August 2025, the UK Supreme Court issued its judgment on motor finance commission arrangements, confirming that certain structures may constitute an "unfair relationship" under s140A of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. On 3 August 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority announced plans to consult on an industry wide redress scheme for motor finance agreements. The Company has no material exposure to motor finance lending considered by the Supreme Court. Management therefore does not anticipate any material redress requirement.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
