The agreement is secured by a debenture over the Company's assets and supported by group and personal guarantees and includes covenants requiring the Company to maintain a minimum Net Worth of £1,350,000 and keep HMRC obligations up to date. Breach of these covenants could result in a reduction in the prepayment percentage or other restrictions on funding availability.”
