“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. In making this assessment, the directors have considered trading levels since the year-end. The directors have prepared detailed budgets and forecasts to December 2026 which show that the company will remain profitable.”
Significant events
- “The UK healthcare market was significantly impacted during the COVID-19 pandemic with outpatient services generally reduced, but high demand for patient monitoring in critical care settings. Patient monitoring sales have since been weaker due to market saturation, but we have seen a bounce back in Diagnostic Cardiology as healthcare providers deal with the increased backlog of patients.”
- “On 12 June 2025, as a result of a group reorganisation, Spacelabs Holdings Inc., became the company's immediate parent company.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
