- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “Following the compulsory purchase of the company's interests in land in Birmingham by the Secretary of State for Transport to deliver the High-Speed Rail ("HS2") rail project, the business is protected by a body of statute and case law often referred to as the compensation code.”
- “The business, having made progress with its compensation claim with HS2 now has an improved balance sheet with significant cash headroom of £2,101,496, this is after having paid down all debt relating to the HS2 matter.”
- “In January 2026, a final settlement was reached with HS2 regarding compensation due following the compulsory purchase of the business' previous trading premises. The terms of this settlement are confidential.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
