Going concern
Affirmed

“The directors are satisfied, having made all necessary enquiries, that the going concern basis of preparation remains appropriate. In making this assessment the directors have given particular consideration to the impact upon the company of the availability and pricing of raw materials. Following the defined benefit pension scheme being closed to future accruals, the impact of the liability on the companies balance sheet is now minimal. In light of the level of pre and post year trading and the significant net current assets, including cash reserves within the company and across the group, the lack of any external debt, and having considered a period of no less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, the directors are satisfied that the going concern basis of preparation remains appropriate.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-04-30 vs 2024-04-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
