“The Directors have assessed the Company's operations at the reporting date and at date of approval of the financial statements. This assessment encompassed a review of recent trading of the company and detailed cash flow projections which demonstrate that the Company should have adequate resources to continue operating for at least the 12 months from date of approval of the financial statements.
