- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. A cash flow forecast for the next 12 months prepared by management has indicated that the entity will have sufficient cash assets to be able to meet its debts as and when they are due. No adjustments have been made relating to recoverability and classification of recorded asset amounts and classification of liabilities that might be necessary should the entity not continue as a going concern.”
Significant events
- “The financial year ending 30 June 2025 proved challenging with revenue falling by 13% compared to the prior year. This performance was a little disappointing following two years of profitable performance and a general improving trajectory. A general slowdown in economic conditions are the reasons behind this reduction.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
