“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Although the company has made trading losses for the last two years the balance sheet remains healthy with positive net current assets of £0.6m (2024 - £0.7m) and total net assets of £6.7m (2024 - £6.8m). This is further underpinned by an overdraft facility with Barclays Bank of £0.3m (2024£0.3m). The directors continue have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus they continue to adopt a going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-06-30 vs 2024-06-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
