- “In May 2024, a criminal proceeding on offence of alleged insider trading was commenced by the Securities & Futures Commission of Hong Kong against one of the directors of the Group.”
- “At 30 June 2025 the company was engaged in legal proceedings concerning the occupation of the penthouse suite located within the stadium hotel.
