- “During 2024, the Group received the first instalment of the grant from the Department of Transport to support the development of an electric Commissioning Service Operation Vessel (eCSOV). Alongside this, the financing for the eCSOV was secured and the contract with the shipyard for the eCSOV's construction entered into.”
- “In late 2024 one of the barges sustained wave damage when transiting to dry dock, we have provided in full for costs associated with this damage and the expected insurance recoverable.”
- “In September 2023, we were delighted to win the ZEVI (Zero Emissions and Vessel Infrastructure) competition and to have been awarded a £19.4m grant from Innovate UK and the Department of Transport. We finalised the design and specification of the vessel, secured financing and signed the shipbuilding contract in 2024, and the first steel was cut in January 2025. The vessel is forecast for delivery in 2027.”
